Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations must be made via phone call.
• Refund requests must be made 48 hours prior to the initial pickup date and time. Otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations for Sedans and SUVs must be made at least 48 hours before the expected pickup time.
• Cancellations for Limousines, Minibuses, and Motor Coaches must be made at least 72 hours before the charter time. Otherwise, they will be billed at 100%.

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients must notify us of any airline changes, delays, cancellations, or missed flights. Delayed flights are billed after arrival.
• Please observe our non-smoking policy.
• The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle, whether by accident, neglect, or intent.
• Any damage to the limousine caused during the rental by the client or their party will incur a fee. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is $250.00.
• Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
• Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law.
• We assume no responsibility for articles left in vehicles.
• Orlando Astro Limo assumes no responsibility for flight information other than what is listed above.
• The driver may terminate the charter at any time without a refund if the party is deemed unruly or endangers the safe operation of the vehicle.
• It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Liability:

• Orlando Astro Limo will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an "Act of God."
• Orlando Astro Limo reserves the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control.

On-Time Guarantee:

• Guaranteed on time or your next ride is free, barring any unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as weather, traffic, and driving conditions.
• Maximum compensation is $25.

Payment:

• Clients assume full financial responsibility for all payments due at the end of the charter, including overtime pay (applicable after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet), wait time, gratuity, and damage fees by accepting these Terms and Conditions.
